DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free USPS Shipping and UPS Ground Shipping(except for Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses – No UPS Shipping for these location mentioned) on all orders .
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We offer Second Day shipping. All orders must be received and all payments must be cleared by 12:00 PM EST in order to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, weekends and/or holidays will arrive within two business days for USPS Expedited or for UPS, Second Day Shipping.
We do not offer Overnight or Second Day shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We ship Monday through Friday excluding all U.S. federal holidays. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method.
Please note, that during high volume times such as holidays and special sales, there may be a slight delay in order processing. Your business is important to us, and we’ll make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all 50 states, (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO and Canada addresses – by USPS).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship to Canada and most countries in Europe. Shipping will be calculated during checkout process.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are based on your chosen method. Total shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before order completion.

TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER BUT IT’S NOT GOING THROUGH, WHY?
Check to make sure that all of your items are eligible for shipping to your desired location and verify that your address and payment information are correct. Please note, your shipping address and credit card address must match.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order, we offer a 30-minute grace period upon confirmation. Please note your order will be processed after 30 minutes. Changes and cancellations attempted after this window will not be validated. At this time we are unable to modify an order. To cancel your order, please call us at 1-833-221-7878

CAN I UPDATE SHIPPING INFORMATION AFTER ORDER IS PLACED?
After confirmation of your order, you will have only 30 minutes to cancel your order. After the 30 minute period has ended, your order will then begin processing and cannot be cancelled. We are unable to modify an order. To cancel your order, please call us at at 1-833-221-7878.

TRACKING MY ORDER.
As soon as your shipment is confirmed, we’ll send you an email containing a tracking number so you can check the delivery status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping carriers to update your information into their system.
To track your order, simply log into My Account on xtgearz.com and click on the provided tracking number. From there, you’ll automatically be linked to the carrier’s page, which will show the status and location of your order.
Please note, to expedite deliveries, items from a single order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails but you will not be charged additionally if your order is divided into separate shipments.
You can also track your shipment by logging into My Account on xtgearz.com and clicking on the provided tracking number.

SIGNING FOR MY PACKAGE?
You will only need to sign for a package if your order exceeds $100. If you refuse delivery of an order you placed, it will be returned to our warehouse.

WHAT DO I DO? MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED.
In the event that you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with or is damaged, please contact your carrier immediately so that an investigation can proceed. If additional support is needed from us after they begin the investigation process, please contact us. We are here to help.

TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS ‘DELIVERED’ BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT DO I DO?
Standard delivery packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail , please allow 7 business days before contacting the carrier service to report missing items or to initiate a tracing process.
Packages shipped via UPS Ground, UPS Second Day, please contact us to initiate a Carrier Claim. UPS claim investigations take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete.
Please, do note, Xtgearz is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to a specified address and signed for.
